This article is notable, at least I believe so. I will give it a try to develop the text with references, right now. If anyone is really concerned about content forks, they may find many articles on the so-called "kebab, köfte, şiş kebap and şiş köfte versions" in Wikipedia. Begin with Kebapche, pass by Ćevapi and give a long stop at Similar dishes section of Kebab, as well as at List of kebabs. While you pass time finding content forks and not notable items in those addresses, I will enrich this article with real sources.
