"4. Inconsistency"
Is this paragraph taken from a legitimate economics source? Because it seems to me, albeit from a layman's perspective, that this is either original research or just plain wrong. Yes, a service is "inconsistent" in that the same service repeated at a different time is different but that's true of all economic sectors. You don't make the same car twice, you make two new cars. You don't mine the same coal twice, you mine some more coal. So can someone with a background in economics clarify or remove this section please?
