Could you please add the links I suggested atop that draft so people can fond this subject? Did he hold political office before he became mayor? Who did he lose his re-election to initially? I believe Walker worked as an aide to Jackson, Mississippi's mayor at a one point? Do we know where he went to high school? What is the African American population of Vickaburg? Is it a majority?
