@Garchy: I am interested in improving this article to the point that the advertisement tag can be removed. You should know I have a paid COI declared here. I would appreciate it if you would highlight/point-out any sentences or sections that you find to be in violation of WP:PROMO. I appreciate any comments for improving the article. —አቤል ዳዊት?(Janweh64) (talk)07:37, 20 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Janweh64:, it appears you've taken care of the COI and PROMO tones I was concerned about, so the tag, in my opinion, is completely fine to remove (as has been done, sorry for my delay in replying!) Garchy (talk) 13:45, 24 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Can you please undo your removal of content on the Robert C. Hilliard page and instead work through the content that you have issue with on the talk page? The Wikipedia dispute resolution page states, "When you find a passage in an article that is biased, inaccurate, or unsourced the best practice is to improve it if you can rather than deleting salvageable text."
For example, the section on the death of Earl Moore, Jr. is entirely relevant and well sourced for today's news. A similar blurb appears on attorney Ben Crump's page. Yet you deleted it from Robert Hilliard's page. Why is that? Vegaomega (talk) 16:54, 27 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
First, you mentioned a different article, please note other things exist. Second, you and others with a COI have been adding promotional information for years. So as undeclared paid editors have been pushing a promotional POV and not following policy. Now you're worried about best practice. Third it was promotional and very difficult to salvage because of reason number 1. VVikingTalkEdits07:17, 28 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
