[edit]We went through this with landphoon and landcane some years back. This term originated with one person. Newspapers and blogs we've deemed usable for real time weather events, but not actual meteorological terms, certainly not after seven years. Those require dictionary definitions that are authoritative, such as from a national weather organization or a professional organization like the American Meteorological Society. This one lies in between; it has refereed articles supporting it but nothing more authoritative. Is that enough to keep the article? Currently its content is somewhat thin as well. I'm open to keeping the article if better sourcing can be used and it can be fleshed out some more. Otherwise, I propose we move the more relevant content to the atmospheric blocking article.
