I'm confused by this disclaimer, as the cited source reads that in fact Wexelblat's dissertation was "...the first Ph.D. in computer science was awarded to Richard Wexelblat by the University of Pennsylvania in 1965...". This disclaimer seems to imply that Wexelblat's dissertation was not the 1st ever awarded, but this A) contradicts the cited source, and B) fails to indicate who did in fact have the first CS dissertation. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Pzelnip (talk • contribs) 16:15, 5 December 2011 (UTC)
