I recently added a bunch of content to the article, but almost all of the info came from a single source, a family saga written by Purcell's descendant. The book presents itself with an air of legitimacy, and it's cited in other places, but I'm a bit skeptical because it's self-published and hosted on SquareSpace. The book cites its own sources, including "Calendar of State Papers – Ireland" which may contain additional information and/or be more inline with WP:RS, but I was unable to locate it myself.
