Reprivatization applies to collective property which is not national
[edit]This article exclusively addresses the re-privatization of national assets. Re-privatization can also apply to the case where commons or other assets held in common ownership return to the market. This article was brought to my attention as I write Mietshäuser Syndikat and cross-link it. I plan to update this article to broaden its scope at some point in the future.
