Egypt and the rest of Africa?
[edit]This topic of religion in Africa needs to include Egyptian religion and also traditional religions in the southern part of Africa too. This article spends more time discussing western religions. 35.137.170.151 (talk) 18:15, 19 November 2023 (UTC)
Table
[edit]The table under "Religious distribution" is a bit of a mess, and probably full of WP:SYNTH. I suspect percentages have been made into absolute numbers according to a population estimate from a different source, etc. So is the table rescuable? Should unsourced numbers be left out? Or should they be "forced" to agree? What if all numbers are sourced but don't add up? What about conflicting estimates?
I also think it might not be a good idea with the green and blue colors. On the one hand it communicates. On the other hand the methodology is a bit unclear and seems arbitrary (what are the cutoff percentages for color), and the whole thing gives the impression of a competition between Christianity and Islam. —St.Nerol (talk, contribs) 11:46, 28 February 2024 (UTC)
