This is in response to DGG (talk · contribs)'s comment on the draft submission. Reilly's article has 300 citations on Google Scholar, which is probably somewhat of an underestimate since the topic is well-known enough that many authors do not cite anything for it. I have included direct references to four standard textbooks, the most popular of which is Schoen and Yau's.
