Bankruptcy

I removed the words "Chapter 7". That refers to a section of the United States Code that deals with a particular kind of bankruptcy. Needless to say, that is a US law, not an Argentine one, and I find it very hard to believe they would have used it in a jurisdiction where it doesn't apply.
