Naming conventions
[edit]If the project is named for a person (albeit fictional) why is the name in all caps like an acronym? If it is an acronym, what are its constituent words?
If there is no acronym, I suggest changing the name from Project CHLOE to Project Chloe.71.110.219.107 (talk) 05:30, 28 August 2008 (UTC)
- I used all caps because that's how DHS' official literature refers to it, although the literature doesn't indicate that it's an acronym. The regular news media seem to use lower case. I feel it should follow the official name, but if folks disagree, I'm game either way. AKRadeckiSpeaketh 04:15, 30 August 2008 (UTC)

[edit]Has anyone read this article? I recomand deletion after first user reading because it has no biography (I mean there is no public domain works that are copyright free to relate to this article). There is not much I read about projects but capital-‘chloe’ seems acronyms (first letters in a group of words) that isnt printed anywhere but in here. Please delete it and leave newspaper columns for user on blogs.
Please note there is not a single reference date to actually link it to the real world.
