Bias?

It's difficult to believe that after 90 plus years, there's no consensus on the outcome of Prohibition in the United States, particularly in regards to its impact. This current version of the article makes the case that no definitive understanding of the available data has emerged, but I find that hard to believe. As far as I can tell, there are competing POV at work in this article, vying for a spot, and it seems unlikely that we don't have a good handle on the data around crime, disease, and opinion surrounding the topic.
