Mao quote?

I can not find the quote of Mao saying that China was in the "initial stage of socialism" in transcripts of the Zhengzhou Conference, can anyone find it or add another source? The Chinese version of the article says that this term was used after Mao's death and does not cite Mao as saying it. Also it does seem that he elaborated on the idea.
