Poison pill (disambiguation)Poison pill – "Poison pill" does not have a self-evident primary meaning for a redirect. Despite the majority of links to "poison pill" intending to be for "shareholder rights plan", many are not: There are other inbound links that were intended for either free agency provisions, similar provisions (for which there isn't yet a Wikipedia article) for other contracts generally, legislative wrecking amendments, or literally a pill as a method of poisoning (whether suicide pill or for poisoning someone else). --Closeapple (talk) 07:34, 16 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Good point. I support. --Comment by Selfie City (talk about my contributions) 18:47, 21 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. Per above the business meaning is only one of several possible, and not clearly the primary. While Suicide pill may be the original literal meaning, it is far outnumbered today by uses in business and legislative contexts. So we should disambiguate as there is no obvious primary topic. -- King of 01:23, 21 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
