continues to edit this page and take credit as a band member. He continues to delete the late Buzzy Gruen, add his photo and take credit as a band member. He NEVER was in Point Blank. He has no credits on any albums or tour. Buzzy is recently deceased and this is disrespectful to his legacy. All of the original band members are deceased. He had also done this with other published sites. 2603:8081:9240:1A8:76E:36B1:90FA:5BB0 (talk) 05:30, 5 July 2023 (UTC)
The purpose of this wiki web page is to promote to the public what Rusty Burns, the founder of the Southern Rock band POINT BLANK would have wanted to share with the public as his legacy. It is to showcase the hard work that Rusty and the original band members put into achieving a sound that placed them into a category all to themselves. At no time, whatsoever, while Rusty Burns, John O'Daniel, and the rest of the original band members were alive, did the individual using the name "Richard Heaton" come forward publicly and state that he was "A founding member" of the band. If one takes a look at the very first Arista Records album of "Point Blank," at not so much as one place on this record album is the name "Richard Heaton" mentioned. It also is not mentioned on any record album or published interview that the band did and presented to the public. To wait until the final band member, original POINT BLANK drummer Peter "Buzzy" Gruen died and then delete the band photo on the page and replace it with what is being stated as this person's own image, "Circa 1974," and denying Rusty and the band the right to be seen on their own page is simply wrong. There is a reason why this information was not placed here while the original band members were alive. It is the exact same reason why this person does not share this false information on the band's other social media pages: because it is not true. To the person who is causing this false information to be spread: DO THE RIGHT THING and, if it has finally hit you in your senses, to allow this page to exist without criminally vandalizing it, then "Thank-you" for reverting the page back to its former glory but think first of Rusty Burns and his life and times here on earth--not of yourself! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2603:6010:a44:5100:9a0:f75f:e29d:8872 (talk) 13:03, 8 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
