Effectiveness
[edit]The citation after the claim that pizotifen is "reasonably effective" doesn't actually support that claim, and in fact suggests the opposite, at least in children.
Could either delete the existing citation and replace it with a citation that actually supports the claim:
E.g. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4501738/
Or include both but state that it is reasonably effective "in adults" and add that "it is unclear whether or not pizotifen is effective in preventing migraines in children"
