Instead of placing this in every affected page, I thought I'd stick tihs at the source:
Listing "Unnamed Lopez" four times in the pages of all characters related to Pilar's four other siblings is a bit ridiculous, and creates a lot of clutter. Instead, I think that a footnote linking to the relationship header ("Uncles & Aunts" for Luis, for example) explaining the situation would function much better.
