I believe this article fulfills Wikipedia's general notability guidelines. As is stated on Wikipedia's notability page, "an organization is generally considered notable if it has been the subject of significant coverage in reliable, independent secondary source"[1]. This entry includes references to three notable news publications separate from the organization itself--Metro, the Daily Pennsylvanian, and the Philadelphia Business Journal.
