I'm the creator of this article, and I know the subject personally. I mean, I haven't been to his house or anything, and I disagree with almost everything he believes in, but there you go. I have no fiduciary interest in the subject, but if Pete is reading this: small unmarked bills.
Regarding any question of notability, he's been a key creative party in several wiki-notable works, including directing Facing Ali, which is probably enough on its own, and dating Olivia Williams. (I'm jealous too). Since nobody else was filling in the hole, and I really liked Facing Ali, I stepped up. Note also that personal communications with McCormack provided suggestions for most of the citations and references in this initial draft, but I reviewed them, and am content they meet the guidelines for independent citations. (You wanna argue with The Times and Hansard?)
Some of the personal details have no secondary sourcing. In those cases, they come directly from communication with McCormack, or from the bio on his personal site. I'll tell the subject to get more famous so people write about his wife and kid.
With that out of the way, have at the article. --rcousine (talk) 04:26, 19 October 2010 (UTC)
