  • Armed with two 6 in (152 mm) guns, on commissioning, the cruiser was the flagship and largest vessel in the Peruvian fleet. In 1901, the armament was upgraded. awkward
    • Reworded.
  • Link Ecuador
    • Added.
  • Does the ship have any kind of armor? If not, then she's an unprotected cruiser.
    • The sources have no detail about armor. Updated the links.
  • Fix the draught figure in the main body; the figures for length and beam don't match between the infobox and main body
    • Fixed and referenced.
