Merge rationale

This article is a stub, and if fully developed would be mostly redundant with the Parley's Canyon article. Certainly the history section would be the same. As such, I don't think it would be a controversial move to merge this content into the Parley's Canyon article and redirect. If I have erred people can always hit the undo button.
