3 editors support the move and 1 opposes. WP:TWODABS tells us that we don't need a DAB page here: the non-primary topic still needs to be disambiguated from the primary topic. Comment, if it wasn't clear enough why the hyphen does not reliably distinguish them: The Go player's name is more commonly rendered as "Park Junghwan" in English, but practices vary among English-language sources, and some write "Park Jung-hwan" (e.g. [1]).
