AN-24 crash

I have restored the entry on the fleet, and cleaned up the crash report. Please, no more edits until more information is available. When the wreck is found, then a new 'historic fleet' table can be created, and the report improved. This should be in several days. Please, no more edits until then. I will take care of the section.
