Not really sure these comments are encyclopediacly notable but: (a) the sauceburger patty reminds me of the beef patty from the military C4 ration (but I like it that way); (b) the walk-in restaurant downtown has coffee with breakfast, but the menus differ slightly between the walk-in restaurants and the drive-thru only versions (eg, the walk-in has peanut butter shakes, the drive-thrus do not); (c) my wife and daughter have sent me to Pal's solely for their tea; (d) Pal's success has been based on keeping the menu short and simple, and what they do, they do well at an affordable price. On (b): to miss breakfast from Pal's (gravy biscuit, add a slice of tomato and a sausage paddy plus cheddar rounds) is to miss morning itself. Naaman Brown (talk) 12:40, 10 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
