Proposed merge of Fazuelos with Oudnin el kadhi

Moved from WP:VPP

Hi everbody,

coming from french wikipedia, just want to alert you that Oudnin el kadhi and Fazuelos are same pastries. Only the name changes, depending of community. For arabians, Oudnin el kadhi term is used. For jewishs, that's debla (plurial : deblas).

I've done required changes on french wikipedia. I let english people do the appropriate verification and correction for your encyclopedia.

The backing guidance in this case would be WP:MULTIPLENAMES. Iff the two pastries are the same, as you say, then I would support a merge. Sdkb ^talk 20:24, 27 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Support Merge. The pastry bears many names and has many variations in spelling, but "fazuelos" and "debla" seem to be the most commonly used terms in reliable sources. Mooonswimmer 03:51, 16 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
