@WIPhysics: Nice start on your article. I made a few edits aimed at formatting
References go after punctuation, not before.
Section header should use sentence capitalization, not title capitalization. Only the first word (and any proper nouns) should be capitalized.
I also converted "Professor of Physics" to lower case. While an actual title might be capitalized ("is the [Named] Professor of Physics at [Institution]"), as a general job title it isn't.
I also changed "She" to "Evdokimov" in the "Education" section. At least the first time in a section, you should use the person's name.
The other thing is sourcing. You should really find some independent sources if you at all can. While things like h-index can be used as proxies from notability, they're always a little subject to interpretation and debate. Independent third-party sources are much better in that regard. Thanks for the feedback and editing Ian. Its appreciated. I was slow in responding but I think I am there now. I added some references to papers on which she was a key author. Hopefully that is sufficient to prove she is "notable" along with her being elected Council Chair on a major international experiment and serving on NSAC the advisory committee to the DoE and NSF.
