The Dutch channel subsequently launched in several additional countries.[52] The association between the two networks ended with the sale of OUTtv (Canadian TV channel) to OM Acquisition in 2016, and each channel now operates independently.
  • Reason for the change: OutTV (European TV channel) is a private limited company in the Netherlands and is not associated with the OUTtv (Canadian TV channel) controlled by Ronald N. Stern. The OutTV (European TV channel) PRIDEtv launched in 2019. The acquisition of OUTtv (Canadian TV channel) by Ronald N. Stern was in 2016.
