This is a scam
[edit]I am a nuclear engineer and have looked at every bit of what's available for what they've provided. It's all fake. These are just computer graphics models that the folks behind it are using to inflate their reputability in the eyes of laypeople. I want to edit the page to make it more factually accurate, but that would require some pretty serious overhauling, and it differs from the mainstream view on it.
I feel that if I were to propose such changes, I'd need to provide a more detailed primary source explaining why we know it's the case. Would linking to a blog post on my own website suffice? Gavin Ridley (talk) 04:50, 18 April 2024 (UTC)
Proliferation concerns
[edit]Given that all nuclear fission power plants that "burn" uranium are capable (at least in theory) of producing weapons grade plutonium, has anyone of note raised concerns that making "how to build a nuclear power plant" as accessible as "how to write an app" (well, in terms of "can I get the manual online for free", not in terms of "having the manual, what can I actually do") would lead to more and more actors (both "rogue state" and "nonstate") could gain access to more of the components needed to produce nuclear weapons? Thermal power output
[edit]Are there citable sources as to the thermal power output? Hobbitschuster (talk) 08:50, 17 June 2022 (UTC)
