I'd like to point out this was added to the article when it was first created in January 2011, and the reference cited for this is a broken link. I found what I believe to be the original article (it's [here http://www.solarbuzz.com/industry-news/oci-invests-16-billion-expansion-polysilicon-plant]), but it was published in December 2010 and only says that those numbers are projected. For now, I'm going to remove the figures because there's nothing really to support them. If someone finds a source, though, add it back! 68.188.224.42 (talk) 01:52, 30 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
