What age of people is Nivea cream intended to be used by?

[edit]

Some people say Nivea is for people aged 30 years and over- is this true? If young people use Nivea, will it harm them? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.23.146.75 (talk) 11:12, 25 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Different pronounciation in English

[edit]

The German pronounciation is something like /ni'veːa/. However, in a discussion about a similar pronounciation issue concerning the recently named dwarf planet Haumea I've been told that English-speaking people, for some reason, have difficulties with sounds like /eːa/ or /ea/ or /eə/ and usually insert an /ɪ/ or /j/ between the /e/ and /a/. Since, according to the article, this brand is used on a global range, does this mean that Nivea pronounced more like /ni'veja/ or /ni'veɪə/ in English, or maybe even completely anglified /naiviːə/ or so?--SiriusB (talk) 13:29, 23 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

--I've always heard it pronounced /'nɪviə/ — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.177.193.220 (talk) 22:36, 28 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
