Needs more work
[edit]This article was clearly written by the subject or with his close cooperation; it is basically a self-promotional site rather than an encyclopedia article. I have removed a great deal of pointless detail and other material, but it should really be trimmed much more; the "Select bibliography" is absurdly long and detailed, for instance.
