Although the article mentions parts of Neft Daşları being constructed on sunken ships, etc. I'm wondering is it primary supported by fixed structures (like pylons) or could it be considered a floating structure? There's a concrete tenement block there, so it can't be floating. That's much too much weight for the time it was constructed. Only modern oil platforms support such weighty masses. -- 70.51.200.162 (talk) 05:02, 23 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
