Arms of Canada
[edit]Can someone please find a more recent set of Arms of Canada, the one currently on the page has not been in use since 1994. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Zachgriff11 (talk • contribs) 01:44, 22 September 2017 (UTC)
- The one displayed on this page (1957) is still in current use within the Canadian government, such as rank insignia, letter head, etc. trackratte (talk) 14:16, 26 November 2017 (UTC)
Truncated version of the national anthem lyrics
[edit]When you click on the "play" button the national anthem starts to play and an oddly truncated version of the anthem's lyrics appears gradually in a little black box over the progress bar.
Sorry, I forgot to sign the above comment. --AlainV (talk) 18:13, 26 December 2019 (UTC)
I put the question at the Village Pump and they found a fix to the player. --AlainV (talk) 22:09, 28 December 2019 (UTC)

Royal Union Flag
[edit]The Royal Union Flag is an official symbol of Canada (see https://publications.gc.ca/collections/collection_2011/pc-ch/CH4-130-2010-eng.pdf). Is there a reason it is not listed on this page? 82.21.19.72 (talk) 09:48, 4 April 2023 (UTC) I see that it was removed by a user some time ago. I move to restore per the Canadian government document above which states "On December 18, 1964, Parliament approved the continued use of the Royal Union Flag as a symbol of Canada’s membership in the Commonwealth of Nations and of her allegiance to the Crown. Today, the Royal Union Flag is flown along with the Canadian flag at federal buildings, airports and military bases on special occasions, such as the Sovereign’s birthday, the anniversary of the Statute of Westminster (December 11), and during Royal visits". 82.21.19.72 (talk) 10:04, 4 April 2023 (UTC)
