Codes?

[edit]

Web site is not clear on the codes and call signs. It lists a second entry with the ICAO code of NAN and a call of Nation Air. Anyone know why the difference? Vegaswikian 02:40, 1 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

According to Flight Simulator's AFCAD, National's codes were N7, ROK, and Red Rock. Sox23 22:46, 2 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

National Airlines 6792

It never happened. This was spam. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Padsquad43 (talkcontribs) 19:17, 2 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

COMPANY SEEKS PAYMENT ON MIDWAY AIRLINES LOAN Byline: FROM STAFF REPORTS A company that loaned $7 million to Midway Airlines is demanding repayment unless a new loan agreement is approved, giving it exclusive options to buy some of the bankrupt carrier's assets.

Wexford Capital, based in Greenwich, Conn., had agreed to lend Midway $15 million, but had only paid about half that amount by the day after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, when the airline said it would cease operations.

Wexford declared the note in default and wants the money...

Wexford Capital, a private equity firm involved with Midway Airlines[1] and currently a primary controlling share holder of Republic Airways Holdings, also contributed large sums to this reincarnated airline venture.
