While several sources say she quit acting when she married, she was indeed billed a few times as "...Kovack Mehta" and as "...Mehta," and therefore worked after the wedding. The LATIMES article linked above states clearly "Zubin Mehta has four children, none of them with Nancy, according to testimony." The article does mention "her dog-walker’s 12-year-old niece, Darla Motley" who lived with them as a foster child. Nowhere in the article is there any mention of biological; children of Nancy.
