History of Myanmar–Russia relations

Just to note, first Myanmar–Russia relations was in 1876. From 19th century to now, character of those relations was warm or friendly.(with some periods of "silence")

Unfortunately, current article is lack of such info. The article should be supplemented with more infromation and sources(and facts from these sources).
