I can find no real evidence that the name "International Museum and Library of Music of Bologna" is in current use in English for this museum. On Scholar, a search of English pages for ""International Museum and Library of Music of Bologna" + museum" gets just one hit, while a similar search for ""Museo internazionale e biblioteca della musica" + museum" gets 45. Our article title policy is specific: "Do not ... use ... made-up names". I've moved the page to the Italian name of the museum. I hope no-one minds?
