Septic Tank

Hello,

I am a journalist trying to track down the source of this claim that Mr. PG is made from septic tanks. I have looked through the historical record and found evidence that he is, indeed, made out of two prefabricated fiberglass tanks. However, I have not found confirmation that those were actually septic tanks. I am wondering if someone can confirm that they are indeed septic tanks, and site a source for this information. Thanks!
