According to threeoffour references this page already cites, as well as severalother¹ reputable sources, MSOP stands for Micro Small Outline Package. I can't find any references for the *mini* name that this page uses as a title. I propose moving the page to Micro Small Outline Package, if we can't just move it to the more common term MSOP.
¹Use a page search for MSOP; it's mentioned as an alternate name for VSSOP.
