I've tried to make this less advertisment-like -- perhaps someone experienced in the guidelines could check whether the flag could be removed now? (I've no connection with the company, I just use the stuff from time to time.) TheHouseOnTheHill (talk) 12:49, 14 December 2009 (UTC)
Should this be deleted? It's still only one primary source many years on. Extremelylargedog (talk) 14:50, 20 March 2018 (UTC)
I propose to link to [Epoxy Putty] wiki page. I found it useful to have this page; it does not read like an advert to me and I see no dubious claims. I value the pooling of knowledge, especially on a specialist topic like this one. Although it's a particular brand of epoxy putty, I anticipate differences between the suppliers (i.e. other brands). It would be interesting to expand this article with the facts behind what makes this brand different from other epoxy putty. Over time, perhaps there will be verifiable sources to confirm my experience that the constituent ratios leave a product that can adhere long term to surfaces such as ceramic, metal etc and that does not shrink / crack even with larger dimensions. Has anyone micro-sectioned to see epoxy smeared filler particles (clay ?). Perhaps a link to any relevant safety advice for active epoxy hardener? Is it appropriate to link to YouTube videos? Any industry standards that are met or examples with long term sunlight exposure ? Zwoorl (talk) 21:40, 13 December 2020 (UTC)
