The statement about Mike's looks is not precise. Mike had short hair and wore the bandana on the No Mercy band photos, as well as on the cover to "How will I laugh". Is it even that much of a point?
Growing up about a block from Bay Street, my dad and I used to surf with Mike and Richard Elwell. I knew mike to go from having a shaved head to long hair as described and back again with regularity. So what is the point. The real missing information is that he was and still is a very good surfer and probably could have perused a professional surfing career. Mike and Richard used to paddle out at Bay Street with bloody noses from boxing in Richards front yard. That is probably more REAL and interesting information about a legit grass roots artist that did it his way. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.13.63.84 (talk) 06:57, 18 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
