So there is something very odd going on here. Much of this page is directly copy and pasted from her campaign website biography. Unfortunately, that happens in political articles here. But here's the more strange thing--at that biography, it actually links back to our Wikipedia article. They hyperlinked "4" footnote following "after Mayor Wolgast announced he would not seek reelection..." links back here. So, that's weird. I am going to investigate further but it definitely looks like a campaign staffer copy and pasted the bio. See this version of the page from November 2018. It's the exact copy of the website bio.
