Can't find references indicating the existence of this highway

I've done a lot of Google searching and reading of online maps and I can't find any evidence that a Mexican Federal Highway 20 exists. Furthermore, a blog site with a nice list of most (maybe all) of Mexico's Federal Highways at [http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=517276&page=5 this site] does not have an entry for Federal Hwy. 20.
