Mural
[edit]Since this article has been started as an article about a mural, it should not be converted into a song article in case a Taylor Swift song of the same name is released. Those would be different topics.--NØ 17:33, 25 April 2019 (UTC)
- A draft for the single was created hours before the system was gamed and this article about the mural was turned into a song article. (Ping Ad Orientem).--NØ 17:42, 25 April 2019 (UTC)
- It can be converted as needed; there is no hard and fast rule. We would literally not have an article about a song at "Me!" while an article about a mural is at "ME!" That makes no sense. I informed @Another Believer: hours ago that we should convert this page as needed. Ss112 17:42, 25 April 2019 (UTC)
- Uh, this page existed before your draft, thanks very much. You will see I told Another Believer here (User talk:Another Believer#Hey, could you help out?) hours ago that if it ends up being about a song we should convert it, and just now, he has agreed we could convert this page if needed. Hence I have done so. Ss112 17:46, 25 April 2019 (UTC)
- This was about the topic related to Taylor Swift, whether it ended up being just about artwork or her song. It was in limbo. I asked Another Believer to help out given his background on art. Music is art, hence why I was going to convert this and put Taylor Swift's template on the article originally (which was later removed by AB). Ss112 17:47, 25 April 2019 (UTC)

Proposed merge

- I am converting the matter to a speedy deletion. JE98 (talk) 21:52, 26 April 2019 (UTC)
Since there does not seem to be a lot of information regarding the mural, and there will eventually be more information regarding the just released song, I propose that it be merged into Me (song). JE98 (talk) 21:35, 26 April 2019 (UTC)
- An article about a mural created yesterday, by an artist who doesn't have her own wiki page... a two-line mention in the song's article with the essential information is more than enough. ×°˜`°×ηαη¢у×°˜`°× 21:41, 26 April 2019 (UTC)
- @Merynancy: I assume that's a support? JE98 (talk) 21:44, 26 April 2019 (UTC)
- It should just be deleted altogether or redirected to Me! (Taylor Swift song). It was just a promotional tactic leading to the song's release and holds no long term significance in its own.—NØ 21:46, 26 April 2019 (UTC)

This does not meet the criteria for speedy deletion in my opinion. You could try WP:PROD.—NØ 22:16, 26 April 2019 (UTC)
