Matthew Clarke (athlete) → Matthew Clarke (runner) – per Wikipedia:Naming_conventions (sportspeople)#Athletics (track and field); "To avoid the conflict between general sportspeople and the sport of athletics (track and field), it's best to disambiguate by event category rather than use a generic "(athlete)" suffix.
