[edit]It was not a judicial holiday party but a probation holiday party. There was no finding that Judge Jones groped any women. He was accused of doing so and on the basis of legal advice chose not to fight the allegations at a full hearing. He also agreed voluntarily to go to a treatment facility. Judge Jones also finished his entire terms on the bench after the suspension with no issues.
