Violation of NPOV

It seems as if personal viewpoints of an author have been presented as fact without proper references. Clearly the article needs to be revised for NPOV. Please address if feasible for anyone. For example, consider, He is a very genial and down to earth person. He is also recognised as a most honest person in politics.He used to say that politics is the medium of services for the humanity. He is also popularly pronounced by the people for his wise and appropriate decisions makings skills as a morden chankyya of politics. Mr. Sinha is going to head the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir after abrogation of Article 370 & 35A. Restoring statehood, 4G internet, jobs for youth and holistic approach in terms of development are going be the major tasks for Sinha to do. The Union Government aims at attracting the industry captains to invest in the J&K in giving first hand consequences of the special privilege
