[edit]As a middle-ranking SS official, given a sinecure position by his brother-in-law, is he really important enough to justify an article in Wikipedia?
The "He is believed to have been..." isn't really good enough. What's the evidence, where are the sources?

- It is more his position as overseer of Wewelsburg that makes him noteworthy - than his relatively low rank. As per the Irminism sources, it is a reference to a 1934 letter that survived and is signed in Irminist loyalty, Manfred von Knobelsdorff. I originally read this in a book about Wewelsburg, though I also see it referenced online at [1]
