town

[edit]

This article has apparently used town for decades since its creation, until this edit in 2021 changing it to "village" and incorrectly putting it in Gwynedd (has been ceremonial Clwyd since 2003), so reverted to town again.

While many sources use both "town" and "village" with mixed use, leaned to town due to the longevity here and that signs in the actual place use "town centre".[1][2] It is clearly not described as "an area" however. It being under Conwy Town Council does not mean it cannot be a "town", plus their website cache had covers the towns of Conwy, Llandudno Junction and Deganwy, North Wales.
